These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites quote.onyxwindowtint.com and onyxwindowtintlodi.com (the "Site") and the window-tinting services provided by Onyx Window Tint Lodi ("Onyx," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & Estimates

Prices shown on the Site are estimates based on the vehicle type, coverage, tint film, shade, and add-ons you select. The final price is confirmed in person at your install appointment after our technician inspects your vehicle. Estimates may be adjusted for:

The visual tint simulation on the Site is an approximation only. Actual tint shade and appearance are confirmed in-store.

2. Booking, Deposits & Time Slots

When you book a time slot on our calendar, that slot is reserved exclusively for you. We turn away other potential bookings to hold it.

3. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

To cancel or reschedule without a fee, you must call (877) 893-2338 at least 24 hours before your appointment.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our form, you agree to receive automated and conversational text messages from Onyx Window Tint Lodi related to your quote, your appointment, and customer service follow-up.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of install. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and Apple Pay.

7. Vehicle Condition

Please arrive with your vehicle clean and remove items from window areas. Onyx is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during install.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional discounts (such as the 25%-off this week offer shown on the Site) are subject to change without notice and may have terms specific to that promotion. Quoted promotional pricing is honored for 2 hours after the quote is generated unless otherwise stated.

9. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph your vehicle (without personal identifiers) for portfolio and marketing use. Tell us at your appointment if you prefer we don't.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyx Window Tint Lodi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that service.

11. California Legal Tint Requirements

California law restricts how dark front-side windows and the windshield strip can be tinted. We install only CA-legal shades on front-side windows and windshields. Customer requests for non-compliant shades will be declined.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
