• Appointment details: install date and time you selected on our booking calendar.

• Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on each step.
• Advertising attribution: UTM parameters and click identifiers (e.g., utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, gclid) that tell us which ad or campaign brought you to our site.

Information from advertising platforms

When you click an ad on Facebook, Instagram, or Google to reach our site, the ad platform passes us non-identifying data (like a click ID) so we can credit the ad. We do not receive your social media password or private account contents.

3. SMS / Text Messaging — Mobile Information Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subcontractors solely for the purpose of operating our messaging service (such as message delivery and consent management) is excluded from this restriction.

We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar tools to measure ad performance and improve our site. These tools may use cookies, web beacons, or pixels to:
